How can therapy for anxiety help you?

Our approach will thoroughly explore the present, past, and deeper causes of your anxiety. In our initial sessions, we will seek to obtain a broader and more specific understanding of your anxiety, stress, or panic. We will examine associations, fears, and unresolved spaces of feelings and emotions that might be contributing. We will also determine the right frequency of sessions that will best help you digest and metabolize your symptoms of anxiety.

What is anxiety?

Anxiety is a normal feeling that has been also described as the most authentic or genuine feeling. When anxiety becomes difficult or impossible to bear, it is a good time to seek help and consultation in order to manage and digest anxiety in a more comfortable way. Stress, panic, fear, terror, worry, and tension can all be considered adjacent to anxiety and might be signaling something similar yet different from anxiety.

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, confusing, isolating, and scary. If you’re struggling with sudden fears, constant tension, or difficulty determining the sources of your anxiety, we are here to help. Our approach is calm, thoughtful, and tailored to meet you where you are at.

We are here to help adults, older adults, adolescents, and children who struggle with these symptoms.

We accept insurance and are located in Wheaton, Illinois. We are currently available for in person or virtual appointments.
